The hotel's location was ideal, offering a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet had a limited variety, but the food quality was outstanding, surpassing our expectations. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel also offered various amenities for sports and entertainment activities, ensuring there was never a dull moment.
The spa facilities were disappointing, being much smaller than expected and often crowded.

The staff were incredible - friendly and professional, always eager to help. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to sports and entertainment activities. The amenities offered here were top-notch and catered to all our needs. We especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and spa centre. The restaurant served delicious food, with one of the best hotel dining experiences we've had. this place is a great choice for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities, including the restaurant, lobby bar, and swimming pool, were beautifully designed. The food quality was one of the best we've ever experienced in hotels. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase ski passes at the hotel, saving us time. Additionally, the reception staff went above and beyond by providing us with a cable to charge our GoPro camera. this hotel deserves all 4 stars and is a great choice for a ski trip.

The staff was friendly and professional, and I enjoyed the amenities offered for sports and entertainment activities. The location was key and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of options. The swimming pool and spa were both clean and well-maintained.
The bed was too soft for my comfort. The spa area was a bit small compared to the size of the hotel.
